Popular head cheerleader Quinn Fabray is Finn Hudson's girlfriend and a true mean girl who delights in tormenting social outcast Rachel Berry at every opportunity. Despite being president of the Christ Crusaders (aka the Celibacy Club), Quinn shared a drunken romp with Puck that resulted in a pregnancy she attributes to Finn, believing him to be the better prospect.

Quinn joins the glee club to keep an eye on her boyfriend as well as to satisfy her scheming, glee-hating coach, Sue Sylvester. When Quinn's pregnancy is made public, she's cut from the Cheerios and experiences life on the outs for the first time. But between glee and her pregnancy, she's learning there's more to life than popularity.

After her parents kick her out out of their house, Quinn moves in with Finn. But when the identity of the baby's father is revealed, Finn leaves her and she and Puck begin a brief relationship. Newly unpopular Quinn bonds with newly popular Mercedes, and Quinn even requests that Mercedes be in the delivery room for the birth of her daughter, Beth. Her estranged mother appears at the birth as well, having recently left Quinn's father. Later, baby Beth is adopted by Vocal Adrenaline coach Shelby Corcoran.
